3. Orders and Payments

5. Shipping and Delivery

Danel Tech Bags LLC primarily uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic shipments.

UPS Ground Delivery

UPS Ground shipments typically arrive within 1–5 business days after UPS receives the package, depending on the shipping destination and service availability.

This delivery estimate does not include manufacturing, pre-order production, or order processing time.

In-stock orders will be processed according to the processing timeframe communicated at purchase.

Pre-order shipments will begin once products are available and the applicable manufacturing and fulfillment processes have been completed.

Customers will receive tracking information when available.

Carrier delivery estimates may be affected by weather, operational disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Danel Tech Bags cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will comply with applicable notification, cancellation, and refund requirements.

6. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final after shipment, except as expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

Danel Tech Bags LLC does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse after an order has shipped.

7. Product Warranty and Replacement Policy

Danel Tech Bags LLC stands behind the quality and functionality of its products.

If a customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect or experiences a failure caused by defective materials or workmanship, they may contact Danel Tech Bags LLC for warranty assistance.

Warranty Claim Process

Provide the original order number and a description of the defect.
Include photographs or other supporting information if requested.
Our customer support team will review the claim and provide return instructions when appropriate.
Once an eligible defective product is returned and the defect is confirmed, Danel Tech Bags LLC will provide a replacement product of the same model, subject to availability.

For approved manufacturing-defect warranty claims, Danel Tech Bags LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the replacement.

If the original model is no longer available, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.

Warranty Exclusions

Our voluntary replacement warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage.
Damage caused by improper care or cleaning.
Misuse or unauthorized alterations.
Damage resulting from incompatible third-party batteries or charging devices.
Damage caused by exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use.

Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Integrated Charging Systems

Certain Danel Tech Bags products include retractable charging cables, cable management systems, internal battery compartments, or other technology-integrated features.

Portable batteries, power banks, charging adapters, or personal electronic devices are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Customers should use compatible charging accessories and follow all manufacturer safety instructions.

Danel Tech Bags LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or incompatible third-party charging equipment, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Manufacturing defects affecting an integrated charging system may qualify for replacement under our Product Warranty and Replacement Policy.
